Mike Jerome
Owner and Operator
Idaho native Mike Jerome grew up in Garden Valley on a 168-acre ranch. As a student, he excelled in school and sports. This way of life taught him about the value of hard work and true grit, attributes that have served him well in his professional life.
He attended BSU, where he played football. After earning a BFA degree, Mike went to work in the graphic design field for a few years. However, he concluded that working as an entrepreneur was what he really wanted to do. Property Rehab Solutions is the result of his vision to create beautiful designs and spaces with comfort and functionality at the center of each project.
Mike strives to give customers the best when it comes to quality, comfort, and value.
Seth Lowen
Project Supervisor
Born and raised in Idaho, Seth Lowen, is a graduate of McCall-Donnelly High School. He earned an AA degree from Southwestern Oregon Community College.
Sawdust and blueprints are in Seth’s blood. He grew up helping his dad on his construction sites, learning about all of the skills required to become a good finish carpenter. With the experience he’s accumulated since he was very young, he’s earned a sound reputation for attention to detail and an impeccable work ethic.
Seth lives in Caldwell, ID with his wife, Alandra, and their two lovely daughters, Esther and Saphira.
